This article describes a technique for managing large projects that reliably and consistently causes successful outcomes. Based on a simpler technique called “Backwards Design,” this Structure for Success has allowed tens of thousands of people to successfully accomplish whatever they wanted. The simple steps will be discussed and explained, and even a sample template will be provided. Further, it will be shown how Social Networks can be used to obtain appropriate support and team members to effectively complete the desired result.
