To Study of Project Management in Distributed Software Projects: Team organization Perceptive
Project management is neither science nor art. In software industry the usage of this subject has grown in structured manner by various tools, techniques, framework, etc which are being formalized across the globe to deliver successful projects. In today’s globalize software era to gain on time, cost and quality we have distributed software projects getting delivered for various scope across different end use industries like Manufacturing, Travel, BFSI. In which, Team in an organization is fundamental part of Project management, which more or less defines end result of projects.
The focus here is to study “formulation and effectiveness of project management in distributed software projects which structures team organization”. We propose broader guidelines and skills that an entire project team needs to be aware, educate and then practice at various levels and begin making connections in all knowledge areas of project management.
