The Influence of Corporate Entrepreneurship on Performance
Organizational Performance is influenced by corporate entrepreneurship. The authors propose that organizational support in terms of training, trust on employees and resource availability has a positive influence on an organizations entrepreneurial capabilities. The mediating role of organizational support and the influence new firm formation, product and process innovation on organizational performance is researched here and the findings are presented. Questionnaires were used to obtain primary data and a literature review forms the secondary data used in this study. The authors employ three hypotheses to test the mediating role of corporate entrepreneurship on the corporate support and performance linkage. It is found that corporate entrepreneurship capability has a mediating role in the organizational support-performance relationship.

I have been awarded with Doctor of Philosophy in Management for my dissertation titled ‘Organizational Culture and Network Embeddedness’. I possess to my credit a bachelors degree in law with Labor legislations as specialization. I have published eight articles in different Journals and presented my research work in Human Resource Management, Knowledge Management, and Organizational Culture in various International Conferences including one in the International Colloquium on Business and Management, Bangkok. Have also undertaken consultancy work for the Government of Andhra Pradesh, India.
