The present age is the age of great changes in technologies. An age whose mental structure is complied with deepening the information, and concerning the contribution of creative and knowledgeable manpower instead of functional manpower. Thus, the intelligent management intends to apply a device called “knowledge” further and better in order to face and confront distrust factors to maintain the situation, and to generate creation and innovation in order to develop its competition field. This requires the organization to put knowledge management and correspondingly creative management and innovative as a strategic and vital requirement among its prior programs in order to be pioneer in competition accepting field, by concerning them. In this paper, the viewpoint of Isfahan’s Iron Melting Co.’s Personnel about knowledge management approaches is surveyed. Statistical community of this research is the supervisors and operational managers of Isfahan’s Zobe Ahan Co., and stratified random sampling method is applied in it. In this research, in order to analyze and test the hypotheses, descriptive statistic methods (percentage, frequency, mean, & standard deviation) and inferential statistic methods (single variable t-test and Hotteling t-test) were applied. The research methodology is an analytical one and for collecting the related data a self-questionnaire is designed which its validity and reliability has been tested. Also for theoretical aspects of the research scientific books and journals are used. The results of this research indicate that the personnel’s of Isfahan’s Iron Melting Co. viewpoint about Knowledge Management Approaches( implicit to implicit , implicit to explicit, explicit to explicit , and explicit to implicit is not significant.
