Studying of Relationship Between Time Management Organizational Skill with Job Stress Among School’s Principal’s of Khorrambid City

The subject of this research was study of the relationship between time management organizational skills to job stress in School’s Principals’ in Khorambid city (2009). The purpose of this research was study of the relationship between time management organizational skill to job stress ins School’s principals’ in Khorambid city and also the study of the relationship between each of six element of time management organizational skill) meetings management, communication management, operational planning, objectives and activities prioritizing, goad setting and delegation of authority) with job stress.
The statistical society of research was all School’s Principals’ of Khorrambid city. They were 53 managers. From this among 49 managers completed and to give back questionnaires. For collecting data, from Karami moghadam questionnaire (1998) about time management organizational skill and Moezzi questionnaire (1997) about job stress of school managers were used with careful to the research questions was used of person correlation method. Following were achieved.
1. There is no significant relationship between time management organizational skill with job stress of school principals’ in Khorambid city.
2. There is significant relationship between the dimension meetings management of time management organizational skill with job stress. (r+-0.343, p=0.016)
3. There is no significant relationship between the dimension communications management of time management organizational skill with job stress.
4. There is no significant relationship between the dimension operational planning of time management organizational skill with job stress.
5. There is no significant relationship between the dimension priority setting for objectives and activities of time management organizational skill, with job stress.
6. There is no significant relationship between the dimension goals setting of time management organizational skill with stress.
7. There is no significant relationship between the dimension delegations of authority of time management organizational skill with job stress.
With careful to these results seemly the organization educations enact some laws to improve responsibility managers in the school and conformity with increasing time management organizational skill. Especially about meetings management which to cause job stress for School’s Principals’ and also to think about facilities and benefits for increasing job motivations of managers.
