Nowadays with the increasing growth of weblogs and the development of online culture in community, it seems necessary to notice this phenomenon. There are few studies in this field, unfortunately. This research was conducted to investigate the factors which seem influential on the people’s will in use of this technology. Because of the fact that the number of users of web in universities are more than the other members of the community, Master of Science students of Isfahan University were selected as the statistical community. Effective factors were classified in three classes which related to the model of technology acceptance, factors which related to the knowledge sharing motivation and social factors. With the exception of the factor of the relation of famous with the attitude toward the use of weblog, all the hypothesis of the research was affirmed at a meaningful level of 5%. There will be suggestions for promoting the use of blogs according to the results.
