The corporate culture is subject to constant development and change processes. Companies are aware of the necessity of taking care of their professionals and, therefore, a lot of companies are trying to improve staff communication. For instance, reconciliation between work and family policies are, in fact, an added value to the salary, they are an affective bonus that favours personal commitment. Today there are more and more companies that commit themselves to the development of this type of policies as a vital necessity for the company and, in the human resources field, it is more and more common to set change management programmes in motion.
