University Of Johannesburg.Specialize in Strategic Management and Change Management. Participant in 38 articles, 32 academic books and 27 papers at different conferences in South Africa and abroad. Acted as guest lecturer at different institutions abroad. Act as training consultant to at least 29 organisations over the years. Highly involved with training in big corporations in South Africa(Financial institutions).Represented the Faculty on different task teams such as Innovation Fund, Third Stream Income, Strategic Intent and direction of the University as well as Merger Task team -2004. Presently involved in Strategic task team for the University of Johannesburg drafting the new strategy for the period 2005-2008.
