Dr David Gurr is a Senior Lecturer in Educational Leadership within the Centre for Leadership and Organisational Learning at the University of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. He has current research interests in the areas of school leadership, school supervision and accountability, and the impact of technology on schools. David has been a secondary school teacher and a research officer. He is a Vice President of the Australian Council for Educational Leaders (ACEL), the current editor of the ACEL publication Monographs, and immediate past editor of the publications, Hot Topics and Leading and Managing.
