Mahmoud M. Watad is an Associate Professor of Information Systems and Sciences at William Paterson University. His research focuses on information management and organizational effectiveness. After obtaining a B.S. in mechanical engineering, and an M.S. in materials engineering, he earned a Masters in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Ph.D. in Management from New York University. Before joining academia University, he worked as a director of computing resources in the New York City government for five years
