Susan Foster is a lecturer in the School of Information Systems at Monash University. She has higher degree qualifications in Information Technology, Education, and Psychology. She has a strong interest in change management and has written a number of papers and books chapters related to this. Susan is also a member of Victoria University’s ERP Research Group.
Paul Hawking is a senior lecturer in the School of Information Systems in the Faculty of Business and Law at Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia. He is past chairperson of the SAP Australian User Group and is Co-ordinator of Victoria University’s ERP Research Group. His research area is primarily in the area of ERP systems and the use of these systems by Australian companies. He has very strong links with industry which is reflected in his research and commissioned reports. He has contributed to the International Journal of Management, Journal of Information Management, ERP Implementation and Management, Management Research News, ERP & Data Warehousing in Organisations and contributed many conference papers on IS theory and practice.
Andrew Stein is a lecturer in the School of information Systems in the Faculty of Business and Law at Victoria University. He has contributed to a number of journals including the International Journal of Management, Journal of Information Management and the Journal of ERP Implementation and Management. He is a member of the ERP Research Group.
