Dr. Michael J. Withey

Dr Michael Withey is a Professor with the Faculty of Business Administration at Memorial University of Newfoundland. He completed most of his university education at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, earning an MBA. (1981) and a PhD in Management (1986). Dr Withey has taught courses in Organizational Behaviour and Development, Organization Theory, Management Skills and Change Management at the undergraduate and MBA levels. His research interests are in the general areas of employee attitudes and their effects on workplace behaviour and the knowledge-based economy.
