I am currently Director of the Bureau for Student Counselling and Career Development in the University of South Africa which is a distance learning institution. I am a project leader for change management in the University due to my interest in and work in the development of a theoretical approach to change facilitation namely the theory of Transformational Intelligence. The theory has been refined over a period of four years and includes elements of complexity theory and the use of narratives for making meaning. It is currently being applied in the university. I have been in several management and leadership positions over the last 17 years. I am involved in teaching in the areas of student development and total quality management.
