Dr Nasir Butrous, BSc, MBA, also holds a PhD in Management (1989) from Bradford University, England. Dr Butrous has been a member of ACU community since 1992 and is the foundation Head of School, Business and Informatics, McAuley at Banyo Campus. Dr Butrous' research and special interest areas include Management and leadership, Organisational Theory and Behaviour, Strategic Decision-Making, Women in Management and Leadership Positions, and Ethical Business Leadership. Dr Butrous has a strong community focus and works in both voluntary and consultancy roles within the Brisbane community. At ACU, he is a member of the Faculty Board, Sub-Faculty Board, MAC group. He is acutely aware of issues across campuses and in particular understanding of issues as they affect academics and students. With a strong administration background he is in a particularly strong position to represent you at Senate.
