An Activating Event for Enhancing Inclusivity Appreciation: A Diversity Simulation
Participants will have the opportunity to explore diversity using activating events such as simulation, storytelling and other ambiguous stimuli. This forces people out of their cognitions and into their feelings.

Dr Lori Russell-Chapin is a Professor of Education and the Associate Dean of the College of Education and Health Sciences at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, USA. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Wyoming in Counseling and Ph.D. in Counselling. She teaches graduate counselling courses and is in part-time private practice with her husband, Ted.
Dr Ted Chapin is the President of Resource Management Services, a private counselling and consultation business. Ted earned his Ph.D from Marquette University. He is licensed as a psychologist and does personal counselling, coaching and mediation.
