Dr. Ling Deng

Ms. Ling Deng is currently undertaking her PhD researchn project entitled Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness in Australian Businesses Operating in China: A Cross-cultural Perspective at Graduate School of Business, RMIT University, Australia. Prior to the commencement of her research in early 2004, Ling has been working in different cultural-based and foreign-invested businesses in Beijing, China for eight years. The accumulation of professional knowledge and academic learning has markedly advanced and developed her expertise in cross-cultural management issues in China.
