Dr Theresa Lau is an associate professor in Department of Management and Marketing at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Dr Lau's research interests are in the area of entrepreneurship, management competence and work family balance and she has published in these areas.

Dr Kwong Fai Chan

Dr K F Chan is the Associate Professor at Hong Kong Polytechnic. His research interests are in the area of entrepreneurship, SMEs and strategic management. He has widely published and teach in these areas.
