Dr. Panagiotis Trivellas

Panagiotis Trivellas is an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management in Technological Education Institute (TEI) of Larissa, Greece. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Organizational Culture and leadership styles from National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He has been head researcher in several research projects and he has published a number of articles in international journals. His core research interests focus on the areas of Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Culture, Strategic Management and Leadership.

Dr. Panagiotis Reklitis

Panagiotis Reklitis is Associate Professor of Business Administration at the Department of Accounting at Technological Education Institute (TEI) of Patras. He received Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Diploma in Statistics from University of Piraeus. He holds a Doctorate in Innovation Management from National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He researches and lectures in the field of Competitive Strategy, Organizational Culture and Innovativeness. He has published a number of articles and seven books.

Dr Ilias Santouridis

Ilias Santouridis was awarded his M.Sc. and Ph.D degrees from the Department of Computer Science of Cardiff University, UK. He holds the position of Assistant Professor of Applied Information Technology in TEI of Larissa, Greece. He has worked for several years in the software industry as project manager and technical consultant. His current research focuses on Databases, Information Systems and CRM. He has published a number of articles in scientific journals.
