As nursing director for cancer program, Morse is dedicated to improving end of life care and decisions concerning end of life. As a doctoral student at Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management, she is research end of life decision making. She is a member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the Oncology Nursing Society.
