Stefanos Michiotis holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and has attended various seminars upon marketing, simulation, forecasting, MIS, counseling, organizational storytelling, knowledge management, sense making, experiential techniques, conflict resolution etc. He has provided organizational consultancy to manufacturing, trading, tourism and other service businesses; he has participated many research programs and studies, concerning planning and organization matters, management and information systems and planning and evaluation of programs; he has also participated or advised steering committees on many projects. He collaborated with Universities, educational organizations and local authorities, for the design and establishment of training centers and implementation of innovative programs, most of which he has directed in their pilot phase; he organized many vocational training programs and has a significant teaching experience. Now he works as an independent management consultant and facilitator, specialized on the fields of Knowledge and Change management, Human and Organizational development, Entrepreneurship and Sustainable planning. He is the managing partner of TETRAS Consultants and founding member of the EuroNET4Africa NGDO. He loves traveling and has a strong interest upon mythology and psychology studies.
