Lan Anh has degrees from the University of Hanoi and Monash University in Australia. She has taught at SIM since 2000, primarily in the field of multimedia applications in e-commerce, and introductory information management. Her principal research interests lie in the area of Internet development and applications, especially at community level, and in multimedia developments for commercial applications. Before moving to New Zealand she had experience as Senior Librarian in the Population Documentation Centre in Hanoi, Senior Lecturer at Hanoi Cultural University, and Senior Office Administrator and Project Manager for LM Ericsson International AB in Vietnam.
