Ray Donnelly is an academic with a strong consultancy background. He has worked on culture change within many organisations in the UK but particularly in Scotland. He was Director of the Social Enterprise Institute and has served on Government Task Forces and Working Parties. Ray is a frequent broadcaster on BBC Radio. His present projects include running the "Link" programme which bridges the gap between further and higher education within Scotland, and acting as a consultant to Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom on the establishment of their campus in the Middle East. A former Naval Officer, Donnelly lectures in various countries on topics related to culture change and strategic management.
Derek Pattle was Chair of the Social Enterprise Institute at Heriot-Watt University in the United Kingdom. He is a specialist in company turnaround and is founder and Chief Executive of DGP Consultants Ltd. At present he is non executive Chair of an Aerospace company and is managing the resurrection of a PFI based Waste Management Company in Wales. By training he is a Chemical Engineer and has worked throughout the world. He has held a visiting chair in Management at Heriot-Watt University since 2000.
Moira Glencorse is an experienced teacher and manager in higher and further education. She has worked in and directed culture change for many organisations.
Howard Kahn is Director of Research for the Social Enterprise Institute at Heriot-Watt University, United Kingdom.
