From Classroom to Corporation: The Development of an Exercise for Teaching Cross Cultural Psychology, Diversity and Conflict Resolution
This workshop is based on a exercise spontaneously developed during a cross-cultural psychology course. A modified version of the exercise was used in a corporate diversity training imitative.

Dr Heinze is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology at Ramapo College of New Jersey and an organizational consultant. He also has experience as a psychotherapist.
Dr. Muñoz has over 20 years experience as an organizational consultant. She has consulted to a wide range of individuals, groups and organizations in the areas of conflict resolution, diversity initiatives and executive coaching.
