Dr Siegfried Gudergan is a Professor within the Faculty of Business and the Deputy Director of ICAN Research, a Research Centre on Innovative Collaborations, Alliances and Networks, both within the University of Technology, Sydney. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management which was awarded by both the University of Sydney and University of New South Wales. He is an appointed member of the Strategic Management Society's Interest Group on Knowledge and Innovation and is affiliated with the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals. His research has a focus on alliance governance and their strategic performance, organizational learning and innovation.
