Dr KB Oh is a chartered accountant and has hands-on management experience in the Asia Pacific region. He held finance and regional management positions with American and Asian multinational corporations. Positions held in these multinational companies include directorships on their boards, chief finance officer and general manager. He has been a successful Country Manager of a manufacturing start-up in Malaysia for an American global company.
Dr KB Oh's research interest is in finance, he has a Doctor of Business Administration degree, his thesis is on finance. He has presented papers at international conferences and published extensively in the finance, risk management and intellectual capital. His publications include books and articles with leading publishers and journals including Elsevier-North Holland, Journal of Intellectual Capital, Savings and Development Quarterly Review, International Journal of Internet and Enterprise Management, Journal of Applied Management Accounting Research, The Otemon Journal of Australian Studies, Quarterly Journal of Electronic Commerce, The Learning Organisation – An International Journal.
Ms Nga is a lecturer at the Hanoi University of Foreign Studies. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University and a Master of Business Administration from La Trobe University. She is currently conducting her research in intellectual capital management at the Graduate School of Management, La Trobe University.
Dr Keith lectures in Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources Management, Advanced Human Resource Management and Corporate Strategy. Keith Thomas joined the GSM in April 1999, and has over 27 years in the Army and is the principal author for the Army leadership model and is currently developing the leadership doctrinal publication for Army. His research interests include changes in the strategic environment and the challenges posed by the information revolution for the military particularly in leadership and education.
