Knowledge in organizations today is considered as one of the most important assets which are possessed by the organization. The main part of this knowledge is the knowledge which causes the organization meets its objectives. So it is necessary for the organization to have methods and systems for acquiring required knowledge. In this paper while reviewing the knowledge acquisition techniques and their requirements, a combinatory algorithm for knowledge acquisition will be introduced. The main characteristic of this algorithm is the combination of introduced techniques and the use of their efficiencies. In designing the algorithm, it is also tried while preparing better situations for stating explicit knowledge and capturing tacit knowledge, the requirements that are needed to fulfill the knowledge acquisition process also be considered.
