This paper provides a model for sharing knowledge, which could lead to enhancing the efficiency of productivity. However, this model is based on three main elements; those suggested variables could increase organization market position while KM strategy is applied. The model could support enterprises when identifying suitable actions for applying KM. The applied study was on the Egyptian Banks.
