This research investigated the relationship between aggression and counterproductivity behaviors (CB) in the workplace. A stratified sample of 250 persons from the Shiraz Water Organization were selected for this study. The necessary information was collected by means of an aggression and CB questionnaire. Seven hypotheses have been tackled to examine the relationships among variables. The hypotheses were tested by different statistical methods such as multiple regressions, independent groups T-tests, one-way ANOVA, and Tukey test. The results showed that any aspect of aggression does forecast counterproductivity behaviors among workers.
